Hello and happiest New Year! Did you have a wonderful holiday season? We do hope so.
Our first commitment for the new year is to treat our bodies better. This starts with eating well and detoxifying from the decadence of the holidays. We begin by grabbing a Filt bag and heading to the local farmer’s market. Having all sorts of lovely produce on hand encourages us to make nourishing homemade meals at home. Our elegant line of Uzenyaki ceramics inspires us to stick with this practice. These beautiful bowls are ideal for all things healthy: soups, salads, grain bowls. And the mugs are perfect for turmeric, green, and herbal teas.

Hello there and welcome to Autumn. It is, arguably, the best of the seasons. The weather is mild with just a bit of crispness. We feel motivated and inspired. Perhaps we’re conditioned from the school schedules of our youth, but we’re itching to be productive.
Appropriately enough, we turn to a university student to share his essentials for the coming season. Julien Bergeron is a 21 year-old student at the University of Limoges and the writer behind French fashion and lifestyle blog, Hensenberge. He works on Heisenberge with his girlfriend, Melissa, who is the force behind the photos on the site.
Q+A with Boxpark Shoreditch Pop Up
What can we expect from your stay at BOXPARK?
This pop-up allows us to meet and interact with shoppers. As an online shop, we have the advantage of reaching a broad customer base. That said, this event provides the opportunity of being amongst the community. In addition, we will highlight some of our more tactile and sensory products: hand-made ceramics, rain jackets, soaps, candles, and so forth. It will be great to talk to shoppers as they touch, smell, and try on.
From Unzen to London: Unzenyaki Studio
Today we introduce you to Unzenyaki Studio, an artisan and new Whitebeam vendor from Unzen, Japan. We fell in love with studio’s pieces and are proud to be the first stockist to carry their items outside of Nagasaki, Japan.
Hiroki Ishikawa stems from a long line of ceramicists and is presently the eighth generation of his family to practice this craft. In fact, both of his parents have their own line of goods as well.
